Ching & Associates was founded in 1977 in Orange County, California.

Ernest F. Ching, Jr. is the lead trial attorney whose emphasis is in employment law, public education, and civil litigation. Beginning in 1993, he also served as an Adjunct Professor of Human Resource Management at BIOLA University, La Mirada, California.

Mr. Ching has also served numerous community service organizations, including the Board of Directors of: Family Services of Orange County, Pacific Chorale, Tustin Public Schools Foundation, and United Way of Orange County.

Mr. Ching has held memberships in the following associations: American Trial Lawyers Association, National Employment Lawyers Association, California Employment Lawyers Association, Orange County Bar Association, Orange County Asian Bar Association.
