About Us
Ching & Associates was founded in 1977 in Orange County, California. With over thirty years experience in
representing primarily employees in employment disputes and litigation, the firm is familiar with all
aspects of employment.
Ching & Associates is unique among law firms, as its staff includes personnel experienced in human resources,
marketing, and management of not-for-profit organizations. Areas of expertise include organizational audits,
training, policy development and management counseling.

Ernest F. Ching, Jr. is the lead trial attorney whose emphasis is in employment law, public education, and civil litigation.
Since 1993, he has served as an Adjunct Professor of Human Resource Management at BIOLA University, La Mirada, California.
Mr. Ching has also served numerous community service organizations,
including the Board of Directors of: Family Services of Orange County,
Pacific Chorale, Tustin Public Schools Foundation, and United Way of
Orange County.
Mr. Ching has held memberships in the following associations: American
Trial Lawyers Association, National Employment Lawyers Association, California
Employment Lawyers Association, Orange County Bar Association, Orange County
Asian Bar Association.
